I’m partnering with interior designer Keyra Sheppard to design the interior and exterior of the restaurant based on my business concept and brand direction. We found a real property listing in a high-end area of downtown Denver and reached out to the realtor for permission to use the property for our project and get the floor plan. This is what the property currently looks like. The interior designer will design it to better fit the fine dining industry, with open seating, a chef’s counter, and a private dining room. Brand identity concept for a Greek fine-dining restaurant in downtown Denver. The visual system draws on the symbolism of light in Greek culture, combining restrained design and elegant composition to reflect Mediterranean hospitality and community.
